A current law enforcement executive and former member of the NYS Legislature, Fred brings more than 24 years of public safety and government experience to the firm. His priority is helping clients address a wide range of issues that impact their daily operations. A graduate of the FBI National Academy (FBINA 247) and current member of the National Academy Associates, the experience Fred gained and the relationships he forged across the globe with law enforcement partners continues to prove invaluable for our clients.

Jessica brings more than 13 years of experience working at both the state and federal levels of government. Whether it was handling issues for constituents or handling high level issues for the principal, one thing remained consistent; results! Having successfully handled a wide range of issues over her 13 years has positioned and prepared her for assisting you and your organization get the desired results you deserve.
Jim Conrad
PARTNER
Jim Conrad has been in Law Enforcement since 2007 and has been serving as a Detective within his department since 2017. Jim has been deputized by the United States Marshals Service to investigate crimes as a Task Force Officer with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and is assigned to the Mid-State Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. He is experienced in all general, criminal, and juvenile investigations, with advanced certifications in child-centered and non-leading (Forensic Interviewing) techniques. Jim’s general investigation and Forensic interviewing experience has allowed him to conduct hundreds of confidential, sensitive, and thorough investigations, including Title IX investigations for non-law enforcement purposes. The New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services has certified Jim as a general topics instructor. Prior to his career in Law Enforcement, Jim was a Human Resources Manager and gained tremendous experience in personnel management, employee relations, recruiting and training.
Brandon Clarke
Operations Manager
After serving this great nation for nearly a decade as a US Marine, Brandon Clarke traded that uniform for one of his hometown police department’s. Shortly after beginning his policing career in 2007, Brandon was added to his agency’s Emergency Response Team in addition to serving the public within the patrol division. Two years later in 2009 Brandon was assigned as a K9 Handler leading him down a successful narcotics interdiction path while working with local, state and federal task forces. Building knowledge and experience through numerous tactical, leadership and investigation trainings and the execution of dozens of warrants, Brandon took command of the agency’s Emergency Response Team until the end of his career. Prior to retirement, Brandon was certified as both a juvenile officer and School Resource officer where he spent nearly three years working within the four schools of his city’s school district. Upon retirement from his agency, Brandon has taken a role in the private sector as corporate security.
